Annual Maintenance

IOP offers full range of maintenance services to all large corporations, companies, banks, multinationals. IOP has certified engineers at all locations  for maintaining all brands of Servers, Laptops, Desktops. We offer maintenance for all under warranty and out of warranty products. The  maintenance agreement includes troubleshooting, repair, replacement of parts and periodic services. And it includes dust blowing, cleaning of  connectors, servicing of floppy drive, keyboard, tape backup, CD drive, displays, lubrication of printer shafts & cleaning of top covers. The Service  Level Agreements SLA includes maintenance with or without parts.

IOP is the largest Maintenance and support service provider in Pakistan. We have 75 trained and highly qualified hardware, systems support and  software engineers on our rolls, including Resident Engineers in small cities of the country, and maintain Servers, Desktops, Laptops, Printers of all  brands including IBM, Dell, Lenovo, COMPAQ, HP, Acer etc. Over 10,000 units are units being serviced by IOP all over the country.
