We have 75 trained and highly qualified hardware, systems support and  software engineers on our rolls, including Resident Engineers in small cities of the country, and maintain Servers, Desktops, Laptops, Printers of all  brands including IBM, Dell, Lenovo, COMPAQ, HP, Acer etc. Over 10,000 units are units being serviced by IOP all over the country. 

 Facilities & Expertise

We have CNE (Certified NetWare Engineer) and MCSEs (Microsoft Certified System Engineer) on our rolls. Also, we are also Microsoft Certified  Solution Provider (MCSP). 

Our workshops have state-of-the-art repairing and diagnostic facilities manned by trained and qualified engineers. On an average the total number  of calls attended all over the country by our engineers on a 90% same-day basis ranges from 250-300 calls per week.
