IOP’s Support & Services Department comprises of highly qualified and experienced personnel. This Department caters for specialized support in  the area of installation and smooth functioning of large networks. This Department also provides consultancy to end-users as well as organizing  training on operating systems, renowned software packages and management of Local Area Networks and multi-user environments based  on the Windows2003/2008/WinNT/Netware/OS2 and UNIX/AIX environments.

IOP also offers support incident packs for maintenance & troubleshooting of networks and workstations to ensure smooth software operations.
